BioNest is a patented closed circuit sterile device, specifically designed for cord blood. The closed circuit enables health professionals to guarantee the aseptic manufacturing of cord blood components.
More than 90% of cord blood units cannot be used for hemopoietic transplantation due to low stem cell count. About 50% of those units can be recovered for other therapeutic applications.

Cord blood platelet gel is a blood component for non-transfusion use rich of multiple tissue regenerative and unique immunomodulatory factors. The platelet gel bag provides an aseptic connection with the processing system’s platelet concentrate bag.
BioNest Platelet Gel incorporates a patented easy-open feature, removing the need for sharp instruments to access the bag’s contents. This design element prevents contamination and reduces the risk of spillages, ensuring safer and more efficient handling.
